Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total fee. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, one complimentary reschedule may be allowed per booking. Subsequent reschedules may incur a 20% fee. Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations due to inclement weather will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Shoot Day: Property Preparation: The client is responsible for ensuring the property is clean, decluttered, and ready for photography at the scheduled time. Additional fees may apply for excessive staging or cleaning required on-site. Access & Safety: The client must provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas of the property to be photographed. Any damages caused during the shoot will be the client's responsibility. Pets & Children: While we love capturing family-friendly spaces, please ensure pets and children are supervised and kept out of the way during the shoot for safety and efficiency. Photographer's Discretion: The photographer reserves the right to refuse to photograph any areas deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Image Delivery & Usage: Turnaround Time: Images will be delivered within 2 business days of the shoot, unless otherwise specified. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Image Usage: The client receives a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the images for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property. The photographer retains copyright and reserves the right to use the images for self-promotion. Image Alterations: Basic editing is included in the package. Extensive retouching or alterations may be available for an additional fee. Additional Considerations: Travel Fees: Travel beyond a 30 mile radius of Milwaukee County may incur additional fees. Liability: The photographer will not be held liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the shoot, except in cases of gross negligence. Payment: The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may incur additional fees.
